1. All ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets

2. Immediate Volunteer Lotto Coordinators may not purchase tickets

3. Purchase prices of tickets are:

   1. Main Prize Draw – 1 ticket for 100.00

   2. 50/50 Prize Draw – 1 ticket for 20.00, 3 tickets for 50.00 OR 10 tickets for 100.00

   1. Date of Early Bird Draw: Monday, June 22, 2026 at 12 noon

6. ALL prizes are drawn at Foam Lake Community Hall, Foam Lake, SK (321 Chant Street) & are open to the public.

7. Tickets may be purchased through the following methods:

   3. In person tickets are available at the Foam Lake Visitor Centre (320 Highway 16).

9. Restrictions on the $330,000.00 Combine Cash:

   1. The lotto winner must purchase a NEW combine from one of our participating dealers.

   2. NEW is defined by the committee as a unit that has never been sold at any time or location.

   3. The lotto main prize choice of $330,000.00 Combine Cash is NOT TRANSFERABLE for use by another individual/party other than the main prize winner of the Foam Lake Recreation Combine Lotto XXXI.

   4. Any amounts towards the purchase of a new combine ABOVE the $330,000.00 value would be the responsibility of the Lotto Winner to pay – to the participating dealer.

   5. The Lotto winner, in consultation with the participating dealer of their choice may apply trades of equipment against their purchase of a new combine. In the event of there being a trade-in surplus (meaning as a result of the trade value the $330,000.00 combine cash would not be fully expended on the new combine), the surplus amount would remain with the participating dealer as a “credit” – in the name of the main prize winner – which could be used for purchases at the participating dealer at a later date however the winner choses.

   6. The chosen participating combine dealer shall provide the Foam Lake Elks Lodge No. 174 with a detailed transaction bill of sale upon completion of the deal being
      

finalized with the lotto winner. This bill of sale is for auditing purposes and to substantiate the expenditure and/or any potential credits. This transaction information would remain secure and all privacy issues adhered to as per privacy regulations.

10. All other prizes will be taken as offered originally in lotto media, retrieved from participating dealer or delivered at the prize winner’s expense. Cheques for cash prizes won will be mailed out to winners at Foam Lake Elks Lodge No. 174 expense, or can be picked up at the Town of Foam Lake Office.

11. Ticket purchaser does not have to be in attendance to win.

12. Unclaimed prizes – Committee shall exhaust the following outlets – phone, mail, social media – to find unclaimed prize winner. If unable to do so within one year, any cash prizes will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.

13. Cash alternatives for prizes:

    1. Main Prize draw winner may choose either $330,000.00 Combine Cash OR;

$250,000.00 Cash prize

2. Early Bird Main Prize – 2026 Chevrolet Trax or $30,000.00 cash

3. ALL other prizes MUST be taken as offered, there is no cash alternative.

14. All tangible prizes are offered in new condition

15. Ticket purchasers may contact Foam Elks Lodge No. 174 via email at flcombinelotto@gmail.com in the event of a question, complaint, or dispute.

16. A deposit of $1,000.00 of seed funds in account to get 2026 lottery started from the Foam Lake Elks Lodge No. 174. This seed money will be removed/repaid once sales and revenues are received.

“Letter of Understanding”

The Foam Lake Elks Lodge No. 174 hereby state in writing below – the “detailed” understanding of the main prize scheme for the 2026 edition of the Foam Lake Recreation Combine Lotto.

Following is the basic Main Prize Scheme:

Winner’s Choice of ONE of the following Prize Options:

Option A:

NEW COMBINE CASH    $330,000.00

Winner must purchase a NEW combine from one of the Foam Lake Recreation Combine Lotto XXXI’s participating machinery dealers – the $330,000.00 would be paid directly to the participating dealer to go towards the purchase of a NEW Combine by the Foam Lake Recreation Combine Lotto XXXI winner.

Foam Lake Recreation Combine Lotto XXXI - 50/50 Scheme

• All purchasers of a Foam Lake Recreation Combine Lotto Regular Ticket will be given the option of additionally participating in the Combine Lotto 50/50 Lottery.

• All purchasers will have the option to complete a “Top Up” of their order anytime during the lottery through the RaffleNexus’ Top Up program to purchase additional 50/50 packs.

• The 50/50 draw will be made on Monday August 31, 2026 at the Foam Lake Community Hall in Foam Lake, SK at 12 noon.

• There will be 50/50 ticket(s) available for sale with each main combine lotto ticket. Buyers will have the choice of purchasing 1- 50/50 ticket, 3- 50/50 tickets OR 10-50/50 tickets.

• 50/50 lotto participants who purchase 1-50/50 ticket will have 1 entry in the 50/50 draw.

• 50/50 lotto participants who purchase 3 -50/50 tickets will have 3 entries in the 50/50 draw.

• 50/50 lotto participants who purchase 10-50/50 tickets will have 10 entries into the 50/50 draw.

• 1- 50/50 ticket will be sold at a cost of $20.00, 3- 50/50 tickets will be sold at a cost of $50.00 and 10-50/50 tickets will be sold at a cost of $100.00
